Solution to Illegal Alien Invasion Found in the U.S. Constitution

TOPIC: Solution to Illegal Alien Invasion Found in the U.S. Constitution

Bob McNeil

Bob McNeil, Founder of the American Citizen Party, and 2016 Presidential candidate, notes that solution to the illegal alien invasion across the US/Mexican border is to be found in the US Constitution.

“Regarding the current flood of tens of thousands of illegals flooding our southern border, Article IV, Section 4 states: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

“As President, McNeil states, I would deploy the National Guard to the southern border for the express purpose of preventing this invasion. I would also deploy the Border Patrol to the border itself, instead of 40 to 50 miles inland, as is the current policy.”

“Further”, McNeil states, “I would order the arrest and prosecution of all government employees, at every level, who failed to uphold their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. It is long past time to hold accountable those who are acting to destroy the sovereignty of America, and the interests of the American People.” Continue Reading →

Report Equates Concealed Carry Permits with drop in Crime

Alan Gottlieb

Arguments made by Alan Gottlieb, Chairman of the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and founder of the Second Amendment Foundation regarding a correlation between an increase in the number of concealed carry permits and a decrease in crime rates has once gain been vindicated by new report issued by the Crime Prevention Research Center.
The report reveals that 11.1 million Americans now carry concealed weapons, up from 4.5 million in 2007. The 146% increase coincides with a 22-percent decrease in both murder and violent crime rates.
The report reveals that Florida has the highest number of citizens holding concealed carry permits with Texas a close second.
According to the Crime Prevention Research Center, from 2007 to early estimates for 2013 murder rates have dropped from 5.6 to 4.4 per 100,000.
These findings are backed by a 2007 Harvard University Study entitled “Would Banning Firearms Reduce Murder and Suicide?” which compares the murder rate in Europe with the United States concluding that “the mantra that more guns mean more deaths and that fewer guns, therefore, mean fewer deaths” is wrong. Gov. Rick Perry really gets it, notes Alan Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, responding to the news that the Texas Governor has approved a $300.000 Texas Enterprises Fund investment grant in the Eagle Pass manufacturing facility of Maverick Arms.

Maverick Arms is a subsidiary of the Mossberg Corporation, America’s oldest family owned firearm manufacturer. The company has committed $3.4 million toward expanding the Texas facility.

Iver Mossberg, CEO, commented that “Investing in Texas was an easy decision. Its a state that’s not only committed to economic growth but also honors and respects the 2nd Amendment and the firearm freedoms it guarantees to our customers.”

Governor Perry’s office noted that the TEF investment in Maverick Arms, besides contributing toward the creation of 50 new jobs and economic opportunity in Eagle Pass, reaffirms Texas “longstanding support of the Second Amendment.” Continue Reading →

Texas businessman and American Citizen Party 2016 presidential candidate Bob McNeil supports the South Dakota Republican Party resolution to impeach President Barack Obama. The SD GOP convention approved the resolution of impeachment based on multiple violations of the US Constitution.
“The scandals and lies of this president and administration have reached such a critical mass”, notes McNeil, “that the president must be held to account in order to restore the rule of law and a constitutional equilibrium on the federal level.”
The SD resolution lists among other alleged crimes and misdemeanors the unlawful release of Taliban terrorists in exchange for Bowe Bergdahl, Obama’s “willful” lie about the right of the citizen to “keep” their insurance policy, and the numerous executive orders imposing energy rationing on Americans, all without the consent of the people’s representatives in Congress. BELLEVUE, WA – The Second Amendment Foundation today filed a lawsuit in federal district court in North Carolina on behalf of an Australian citizen who legally resides in the state, but cannot obtain a concealed carry permit under a state law that only allows citizens to get such permits.

The plaintiff, Felicity M. Todd Veasey, lives with her family in Butner, where she has resided since 2004. Prior to that, she lived in neighboring Durham County. She has a permanent resident visa and she once worked at the Australian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

“Felicity is a long-time resident of the community,” noted SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan Gottlieb, “and she can legally possess a concealed firearm in North Carolina, but only on her own property as the law now stands. We’re challenging that, just as we have challenged similar laws in New Mexico, Washington, Arkansas and elsewhere. Continue Reading →
